New Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has asked his bosses to sign a goalkeeper who can compete with David De Gea, Dean Henderson having been loaned to Nottingham Forrest.
One of the Red Devils’ priorities is the Swiss international from Montpellier, Jonas Omlin, who has the ideal profile and has been validated by the Dutch coach.
Arrived in Montpellier from Basel in 2020, Omlin is under contract with the French club until 2024.
Manchester United is preparing to make an offer of 8.5m£ for the Swiss goalkeeper.
